Snickerdoodles

Cream butter, shortening, sugar, and eggs. 

Slowly add in flour, cream of tartar, baking soda, and salt

In a small bowl, combine sugar and the cinnamon

Shape into rounded balls and roll in the cinnamon sugar 

Bake at 400F for 8-10 minutes.

Makes around 6 dozen cookies, depending on how big you roll the dough balls
