    1. Make the brine in a large bowl or container. Mix and place the chicken into the brine. Cover with a lid or plastic wrap.

      Place in the fridge. Let sit for 8-24 hours.

      When ready to fry, heat the oil to 375°F and use enough oil to fry multiple at a time.

      Make the batter in a large bowl and start covering the chicken with the batter mixture. 

      Start frying the chicken for 12-14 minutes. Let it rest and enjoy
