This is a quick and easy casserole that everyone loves, from a picky 5-year-old to an 11-year-old who loves anything with pasta. It will be a crowd pleaser.
Preheat oven to 375°F. Cook pasta according to the directions on the box. While the pasta cooks, defrost the meatballs by placing them on a microwave-safe plate and microwave them for 3 1/2 minutes. Once the meatballs are defrosted, cut them in half or fourths if desired. Drain pasta and place back into the pot or in a large mixing bowl and combine the pasta, meatballs, entire jar of sauce and half of the mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
Then, once thoroughly mixed, place into a baking dish and sprinkle the rest of the cheese on top and place into the oven, and bake for 15-20 minutes, just long enough for the cheeses throughout the dish to melt.
serving sizes will vary for each family. I can make this for my current family of 4, and between my oldest and my husband, there isn't any left.
