
Simple Twice Baked Potatoes

Preheat your oven to 375°F.
Scrub potatoes well, but leave the skin on.
Once potatoes are scrubbed and cleaned, take a fork a stab the potato a couple of times and then rub the olive oil and sea salt onto the potatoes.
Place on a baking sheet and place in the oven for 50-60 minutes. ( depends on how big the potatoes are)
Once those are done, and if they slide off a fork with ease, then let them sit for 10-15 minutes.
Then cut in half. Let cool if you need to, then scoop out the meat of the potato, but try to keep the shape of the potato.
Once all the potatoes are scooped into a mixing bowl, mix in the butter, sour cream, milk, and cheese.
Once thoroughly mixed, fill the potato boats with the potato mixture.
Top with more cheese if desired.
Place the bake into the oven and bake for 10-15 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
